1Visiting the site
No analytics, no tracking, and nothing loaded from another company: fonts, images and scripts all come from this domain. The site runs on our own server at Oracle Cloud in Frankfurt. It keeps no record of which pages you view, but it does log the IP address and time of each connection to keep the server secure, which is our legitimate interest. That log is deleted automatically as it rotates.
2One cookie
Switching language with EN/FI sets one cookie, pn-lang, which remembers your choice for a year. Nothing else is set, so there is no consent banner.
3Email
If you email us, the message reaches us through our email providers. We keep it as long as answering takes and, if we work together, as long as Finnish accounting law requires. We never add you to a mailing list.
4Your rights
You can ask for access to your data or a copy of it, have it corrected or erased, or object to its use, by writing to the address below. You can also complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
