From a willow meadow.
Pajuniitty is the farm I grew up on, and where I learned that work is done properly or not at all.
I started out with a 4H enterprise: a small business of my own, run under the guidance of the Finnish 4H youth organisation. I wanted to carry on the naming theme of my father's farm, so I named it Pajuniityn Elektroniikka. It built, serviced, and repaired computers, and provided other IT support.
The 4H enterprise gradually began to feel small as the projects grew in scope, and eventually I founded Pajuniitty Technologies.
What that grew into is on the projects page: a ranking engine built from years of match data, a timetable optimiser for Finnish schools, and a relativistic path tracer.
Who is behind it.
I'm Aapo, the founder of Pajuniitty Technologies.
Ever since the 4H enterprise, I've worked on problems that I find interesting and meaningful.
In my free time I fence, tinker with electronics, and study astronomy.
Let's build something that has an impact.
Thirty minutes, free, and an honest answer about whether we are the right fit.
